In some instances, PIR control is inappropriate and simple switching is all that is required. Flex 7 ELV controlled switch units offer On / Off switching, with or without fluorescent regulating control. As with all switched Flex 7 lighting controls, the switch drop operates at 5V, taking its supply from an isolating transformer.

Either a latching or retractive switch can be used with the On / Off control pack, whilst a retractive switch is needed for the dimmer switch unit.

The dimming version of the ELV switch is available in 0-10V, DSI or DALI versions.

The Flex 7 remote control system operates through a master sensor head so is not compatible with ELV switches.
