Network leads are in 6-core flat cable and to avoid confusion with Switch Drop and Sensor Link Leads, are coloured white. Leads come in a variety of lengths pre-wired with plugs on each end so no terminations are required. Network leads operate at PELV (protected extra low voltage) so will not require any special protection.
Complementing the Network Leads are network ‘Y’ adaptors. These are available in a number of commonly required configurations but other variants may be supplied on request. Details on how network ‘Y’ adaptors are used.
