As a short-term financial benefit, this enables them to deduct 100% of capital expenditure against taxable profits. Businesses also gain long-term financial benefits from the reduction in fuel bills associated with energy-saving technology.

The ECA scheme, administered by the Carbon Trust, is part of the Government’s programme to manage climate change and is designed to encourage businesses to invest in energy-saving equipment.

We designed our lighting control range with energy efficiency as our primary objective, and as a result end-users of our products should be able to benefit from the ECA scheme.
