Well, we made it! 6 days of mostly standing and 2 days of travelling later and Frankurt Light and Building 2012 is officially over. We had a great time, met some great people, and got a few blisters along the way. This was our first time at Light and Building, and we thought it went pretty well.
There were no major mishaps – a few ‘accidental’ lie-ins, one collision with someone else’s stand, one missed step resulting in a smashed glass and a cut finger, and a few chaffed nipples from our lovely flex7 embroidered shirts.
Lessons learnt: Get an early night if you’ve got to be up the next morning, don’t walk around with a carrier bag over your head, look where you’re going, not at the pretty waitress, and wear a t-shirt under your shirt (or invest in some nipple tape).
